Keith Kochberg, Chief Executive Officer

As Chief Executive Officer of iMarketing and a leading figure in online marketing, Keith Kochberg harnesses his years of marketing expertise and powerful strategic vision to generate positive ROI for our clients. Keith's experience has provided online retailers and Fortune 500 companies with the results they look for when advertising online. Keith is a co-founder of Affiliate Metrix and a founding member of the USAMC. He has shared his knowledge as a Keynote Speaker at Commission Junction University and other industry events, including Affiliate Solutions and Affiliate Summit.

In 1999, Keith launched iMarketing, an online agency that continues to deliver outstanding service and results to clients like Yahoo!, Forbes, AARP, eDiets, and Dow Jones, publishers of The Wall Street Journal. At iMarketing, Keith uses his diverse experience in online advertising to develop and grow online sales channels, create unique, cost-effective client-specific plans and solutions, and increase knowledge of numerous online media. By doing so, Keith strives to make iMarketing a true extension of client companies.

Before iMarketing, Keith was Director of Business Development for Dash.com, a leading online shopping service, where he acquired 60% of the company's overall member base on a cost per acquisition basis. In that position, he managed affiliate marketing, member acquisition, merchant relations and co-branding initiatives. Keith also launched the first Web site for a direct-mail book company and increased annual sales from $25,000 to $700,000 within a year and a half, working on a performance only basis.


Joe Kochberg, Chief Operating Officer

As Chief Operating Officer, Joe brings wide experience in sales and marketing, strategic planning, financial management and operations to iMarketing. Joe has been instrumental in iMarketing's development from a strongly-rooted Affiliate Marketing agency to an effective and efficient full-service online marketing agency. Joe's responsibility for the overall operation of Client Services enables him to use his analytical expertise, intimate understanding of the relationship between marketing and finance, and attention to detail to serve our Clients well.

Before he made the leap into the Interactive world, Joe held a variety of positions at Home Box Office (Time Warner) in both New York City and Los Angeles. As part of the Finance and Operations Group, Joe managed theWest Coast Finance for several of HBO's award-winning film and programming groups. His responsibilities included budgeting, forecasting, planning, and providing fiscal direction on strategic issues. Later, as a member of HBO's Los Angeles-based Affiliate Sales Team, Joe worked with the country's leading cable operators on the marketing, promotion and distribution of HBO and Cinemax throughout Alaska, Hawaii, Southern California and Arizona. In Joe's first full year on the Affiliate Sales Team, he delivered the highest net subscriber growth seen on the entire West Coast to earn HBO's Best in the West Award.

Joe began his career as an accountant, and later as a business analyst, for Haagen-Daz. There he developed financial and operational strategies to maximize the profitability of regional distribution centers and international business units, and served as the liaison between the Financial and Information Technology departments.


Mike Jacobs, Chief Services Officer

A noted search engine and affiliate marketing expert, Mike brings his experience to iMarketing as Chief Services Officer. He co-founded WebMogul, one of the original SEO firms, and was optimizing SEM campaigns before Google had even entered the business.

Mike is a frequent speaker on search and online marketing topics, at venues including Affiliate Summit, Internet.com's Affiliate Solutions, CJU, the BeFree conference, and Linkshare Summit & Symposium. He is a consultant to several hedge funds, and has had his campaign work recognized in national conference presentations by Google and in eBay's marketing training program. Mike has been featured in various publications including Revenue Magazine, Venture Reporter, @New York, Silicon Alley Reporter, and the New York Times.

Before starting WebMogul, Mike was Director of Product Marketing for Expression Engines (now Epsilon Interactive), the leading provider of e-mail communications solutions to the Fortune 500. He conceptualized and built Favemail, a viral marketing tool for affiliates, and propelled membership growth to over 1.4 million. Mike also crafted and integrated strategic technology and content alliances with numerous partners including LinkShare, BeFree, Commission Junction, mp3.com and over one hundred e-commerce merchants.

Previously, Mike was an associate with Interactive Capital, a New York-based venture capital firm investing in early-stage Internet and communications companies. He also spent several years as a strategy consultant with Andersen Consulting (now Accenture), providing strategic marketing advice to Fortune 100 companies and developing business plans for new ventures. Mike graduated magna cum laude from Yale University in three years with a BA in Economics with distinction.
