iMarketing LTD is a full-service online marketing agency serving Fortune 500 and MediaMetrix 100 clients, with offices in NYC and Princeton, NJ seeks an experienced, take charge Online Marketing Account Coordinator responsible for supporting our Account Management team.
 
Our Account Coordinators are involved in all aspects of online, performance and interactive marketing initiatives for our Clients and as such are responsible for supporting the performance for existing campaigns as well as identifying opportunities for our Client to improve their marketing campaigns. As part of the Account Management team, Account Coordinators are responsible to ensure reporting, analysis, and project tasks are completed on time and are actionable.
 
Applicants should be self-motivated, organized individuals with some background and experience in marketing with a strong understanding of the web and are capable of managing multiple accounts simultaneously.
 
Specific Responsibilities Include:
  • Managing internal and external resources to ultimately deliver reports and analysis. Account Coordinators must be able to independently understand campaign performance and identify trends.
  • Proactively providing insight and actionable steps to improve client results.
  • Supporting Account Managers in their day-to-day relationship with Client - communicating campaign performance, goal achievement, opportunities and challenges.
  • Intimately understanding Client business, industry, competitive environment and objectives to develop the plans to exceed Client goals.
  • Working with internal practice areas (Online Media, Search Marketing, Affiliate Marketing, and Creative) and external partners/vendors to ensure action items are being completed on time.
  • Working with Senior Management on strategic initiatives, business development, and the optimization of Client budget across Company service offerings.
  • Supporting internal forecast/update account projections on a regular basis.
  • Identifying new opportunities for the Client through research and competitive activity.
 
Candidate Must Possess:
  • Some past experience in the field of marketing. Experience in the direct or performance based marketing field is a plus.
  • Effective problem-solving skills are required: the ability to assess situations, evaluate options and make decisions/draw conclusions.
  • Strong time and program management skills to effectively manage client and internal resources, expectations and deliverables with attention to detail, plus effective, reliable follow-up.
  • A strong customer service orientation and the ability to thrive in a collaborative environment are required.
  • Effective writing and presentation skills to develop and delivery presentations, proposals, and program results.
  • Technical Requirements: Strong computer skills, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Basic understanding of HTML is a plus.
