AFFILIATE MARKETING MANAGER - NYC iMarketing LTD is a pioneer in outsourced affiliate program management (OPM) and runs affiliate programs for a number of its Fortune 500 and comScore MediaMetrix 100 clients. We seek an experienced Affiliate Manager to join the team recently selected as “Agency of the Year” by Commission Junction for affiliate marketing excellence. The Affiliate Manager will manage all aspects of multiple iMarketing-managed affiliate programs, including strategy, tactics, and execution. Our model focuses on true ownership and accountability for results. The responsibility will be to grow and diversify client programs through the recruitment of new partners and the cultivation of existing relationships. There will also be opportunity to work with other online channels, including Search and Media. ONLY THOSE CANDIDATES WITH 2+ YEARS OF ONLINE AFFILIATE MARKETING EXPERIENCE WILL BE CONSIDERED. This is a full time position located in New York City. No Telecommuting. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Work with the Affiliate and Account Management teams to grow the Clients’ affiliate programs by researching, identifying, and recruiting new partners. Proactively identify, analyze, and recommend new affiliate opportunities while increasing brand recognition and exposure for the iMarketing client base. Create messaging plan to effectively communicate with affiliates on an individual and program-wide basis. Maintain affiliate database, commission structure, reporting, forecasting and budgets. Effectively manage third-party affiliate provider relationships. Recommend and implement various online creative tests to maximize affiliate performance Work closely with the Account Management team to develop and execute key promotional programs to increase overall program sales and ROI. QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS: ONLY THOSE CANDIDATES WITH 2+ YEARS OF ONLINE AFFILIATE MARKETING (Commission Junction / Linkshare / Performics / etc.) EXPERIENCE WILL BE CONSIDERED Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to articulate clearly and effectively over the phone, through email, and in writing. Self-motivated individual with attention to detail and the ability to juggle and prioritize multiple responsibilities. Ability to work in a high-energy, collaborative, team-oriented environment. Must be a team player. Strong organizational skills. Strong analytical and technical aptitude. Creative thinking that generates ‘out-of-the-box’ programs. Understanding of the search engines and appropriate search affiliate guidelines. Strong computer skills, including knowledge of MS Office and basic HTML.
